Return Procedure: Returns and Exchanges
MUST BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. A Full Refund will be given
with receipt only.
Returns and exchanges will be made only: on current merchandise, on
unused, clean undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging. No
returns or exchanges on: year dated patches or event patches,
open software or cd’s, defective software
and cd’s will be exchanged for same title only. If
you don’t have a receipt, you may exchange or receive store credit. A
store credit is good for 90 days. If you purchase items with Cookie
Dough, you may exchange or receive a store credit. NO CASH OR COOKIE
DOUGH WILL BE GIVEN. We are unable to refund or exchange
discontinued items. Returns are subject to Shop Manager’s approval.
